Mike’s 20 year textile background – previously Marketing Director of Glodina towels and general textiles – provided the foundation to service customers with the right products to suit their needs. Calls for the company’s product and service excellence spread further a field and in 1999, Mike’s son, Simon started the Kwazulu Natal operation in Durban to maintain and service customers needs. He too has 11 years work experience in the textile industry. The Durban office currently also services the major Hotels in the Gauteng area. Recently, in 2004, Mike’s second son Damian joined the business bringing 10 years of IT, Business Systems and Project Management experience with him.

The success of the company in its short history can be attributed to the personal service and the desire to go the “extra mile” by its owner managed directors. Due to fantastic growth we have had to employ a sales team to meet our many demands, and our sales consultants are proud to continue our tradition of friendly personal service.

The company’s slogan “One call we supply all” has continued throughout the initial period of its growth. The Bed, Bath and Table linen needs of the Hospitality Industry are well provided for with a wide range being on offer. Products are being continually up-dated. Towel and Linen provide a specialty service to the up-market levels of the industry and can count RSA’s leading Hotels, Lodges and Guest Houses amongst their customer list.
